Hold for Vista
While I really want a new computer, I decided to hold off a little longer. Vista will be out soon and Core 2 Duo processors will most likely drop in price. Instead, I opted for a RAM upgrade from 1GB to 2GB. Does it make a difference? Suprisingly, it made a significant difference. Since the upgrade, running all the various apps I normally have going all the time doesn’t seem to slow my machine anymore.
