All Your Power Are Belong To Us

Monday, October 23rd, 2006

The power has gone out several times in the past few weeks. I go from an 8MB internet connection to reading by candle-light in seconds. It’s amazing how much we rely on electricity. Even when I know the power is out, I still find myself flipping light switches as if I expected […]

Saturday, October 14th, 2006

The Detroit Tigers are going to the World Series!

In college football, the Auburn Tigers beat #2 Florida. #4 Michigan could pass #3 USC after USC’s unconvincing win over Arizona State (3-3). After Iowa’s loss to unranked Indiana, I’m not too worried about them. I’m getting ready for #1 Ohio State vs. #2 […]

Detroit Eliminates Yankees

Saturday, October 7th, 2006

“So… How ’bout them Tigers” is no longer something you say to break uncomfortable silence. It actually means something now! The Detroit Tigers advance to the ALCS!!!
Given a second chance to send the Tigers into a playoff series against his old club, Jeremy Bonderman delivered. Bonderman was overwhelming Saturday, and so was the […]
