HSBC just raised thier APY on their online savings account to 5.05% APY! This is a better return than many 3 - 5 year CDs and according to their website, it’s 8X the national average. There’s no fees, no minimum balance, and it’s FDIC insurred.

The server is coming along nicely… It’s taken some time to get used to Linux (all over agian). I had a difficult time getting the right apache directives to allow mod_rewrite to work correctly. It turns out I needed Options +FollowSymLinks in order for it to work…
