		<description>I thought it might be a phishing scam too, at first.  The initial call just said that credit card number ending with "1234" (or whatever it was) had been conpromised.  It gave me a 1-800 number to call with a confirmation number.  When I called, all I had to do was enter the confirmation number.  It never asked me to enter the full card number.  It just said "push 1 to close the account -- a new card number will be issued".</description>
