Opera 9.0 Preview 1 is now available for download

Saturday, October 22nd, 2005

Opera has impressed me lately. I’ve been switching back and forth between Opera 8.5 and Firefox. Opera is a lot more streamlined — It takes up less memory than Firefox, and renders pages much faster. As far as standards compliance goes, Opera beats Firefox hands down.
On Thursday, Opera made Opera 9.0 Preview […]

The U.S. Census Bureau just released some interesting data showing daytime populations of cities and counties. According to the results Detroit’s population actually decreases during the day by 1%. Between 1999 and 2003, while much of the music industry struggled with digital piracy and suffered declining sales, String Cheese revenues grew to $14.5 million […]

This guide shows you how to make money from credit cards! I’ve used these techniques for quite some time now. The trick boils down to this: use your credit card for all purchases. Most credit cards have rewards, either through a percentage back or airline miles. Since you’re essentially borrowing money […]

Why the U.S. Should Control the Internet

Thursday, October 6th, 2005

via Guardian
Representatives of the EU have coalesced with the mission of stripping the United States of its solitary control on the internet. This comes as a result from the global acceptance of the net as the largest and most widespread economic operating and networking tool of the present and future.
I hope the U.S. retains control […]
