How to get through to an Operator at Comcast

Acording to Lifehacker, all you have to do is nothing (litterally) to get through to a Comcast operator. The trick is to simply wait. To support customers with rotary phones, the system will eventually forward you to a live operator. I’ll have to try this next time.

Dave Matthews Band Doesn’t Want DRM

According the band’s official website, they don’t seem to support the many DRM inconveniences that users have to put up with. They have posted instructions on how to get their music into iTunes, by bypassing the included DRM. It involves the lame task of burning the tracks to a CD, then ripping again.
