Hi,

I want a help regarding the integration of Apache 2 with tomcat 5.5 when i configured as per the steps speecified below im unable to restart the apache server and when i look at the event log viewer im getting the following error:

The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Cannot load C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\./modules/mod_jk2.so into server: The specified module could not be found.

The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Syntax error on line 173 of C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/conf/httpd.conf:

Can any one help me regarding this
Please if possible can any one suggest me any link in order to configure the Apache 2 and tomcat 5.5

Your guides are a little too outdated - and it may be because of this that I seem to be having this problem - when trying to install the Tomcat 5.5 Connector, I get as far as adding the Include “C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\conf\auto\mod_jk.conf” line, but mine is on drive J:\ - the problem is that when I try to restart Apache, it complains saying that it has failed to start. If I comment this line out, it starts - the jsp-examples page cannot be found because of this

would appreciate it if you could email me with an up-to-date solution.

I used this instead:
ScriptAlias /php/ “c:/php/”
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php5
Action application/x-httpd-php “/php/php-cgi.exe”
SetEnv PHPRC “C:/php”

I put it after the other addtype commands and it is working, stuck on phpmyadmin and I am hoping this is not why considering that I couldnt get the loadmodule command to work.
